My Approach

Psychotherapy is a transformative journey that allows us to delve deeper into the underlying issues that may be contributing to your current challenges. As your psychotherapist, I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and empathetic environment where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a more profound level. By examining the roots of your concerns, we can work together to foster healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. Integrating various therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and music therapy, I will provide you with the tools, guidance, and support necessary to achieve a richer, more fulfilling life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals develop psychological flexibility and improve their overall well-being. ACT is based on the idea that suffering is a normal part of the human experience, and that it is possible to live a meaningful life even in the presence of difficult thoughts and emotions. Through a variety of techniques, including mindfulness and values-based action, ACT can help individuals overcome barriers to living a fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

In my practice, I often utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as an effective and evidence-based approach to help clients address a wide range of mental health issues. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work on building skills to improve your overall emotional well-being. As your psychologist, I will guide and support you through this process, tailoring our sessions to your specific needs and goals, to help you achieve lasting, positive change.

Jungian Psychoanalytic Approach

The Jungian psychoanalytic approach is a psychological theory developed by Carl Jung. It emphasizes the importance of the unconscious mind and the role of archetypes in shaping human behavior. According to this approach, individuals have a collective unconscious that is shared by all humans and contains universal symbols and experiences. The goal of Jungian therapy is to help individuals become aware of and integrate their unconscious material, leading to greater self-awareness and personal growth.
